Background:
"Anheuser-Busch
Gifts" was first organized in 1977 as part of the Busch
Entertainment Corporation. A reorganization in 1981 about
Promotional Products Group, now a division of Anheuser-Busch,
Inc. The Promotional Products Group Offices are located in
St. Louis, MO. And they store and ship products from a facilities
in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
PPG Services
the Anheuser-Busch wholesaler family as well as inter-company
divisions with numerous promotional items designed to increase
brand awareness and promote Anheuser-Busch standards of quality.

Procedures:
Bids or
quotations are obtained either orally or by a written "Request
for Quotation" for all merchandise or services purchased.
PPG Merchandising will serve as the exclusive channel through
which all requests regarding prices and products are handled.
PPG will
